Our accommodation process is designed for Microsoft employees and interns. Candidates needing accommodation can work directly with their recruiter for assistance. Accommodation requests for external staff workers are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on various factors such as the type of external staff worker, the accommodation needed, and other factors. In such cases, we will engage with the external staff worker's employer to comply with applicable laws regarding reasonable accommodation.
