Living Well Health Center and Pharmacy

Microsoft designed the Living Well Health Center and Pharmacy to offer you convenient access to high quality, comprehensive care. Whether you need to visit the doctor, fill a prescription, or seek counseling, you can access these services and more, right on the Redmond campus at Building 21. Employees (Corporate, Retail, & Interns) and family members over 13 years old who are enrolled in the Premera Health Savings Plan are eligible to access the health center and pharmacy.

If you’re enrolled in a Microsoft-provided US health plan (Premera, Surest, and Kaiser), you have access to the Living Well Health Center. Your enrolled spouse and dependents are also eligible to use the clinic. Please be advised that children must be at least 13 years old to access clinical & vaccination services at the Living Well Health Center. However, dependents of any age are eligible to have prescriptions filled at the onsite pharmacy.

Eligible employees may schedule appointments with the Living Well Health Center while physically present on the Redmond campus or within Washington state for virtual services. Please note that these services are not available to employees who are outside Washington state at the time of the appointment.

The Living Well Health Center provides a wide range of services to meet your health needs, including:

Primary and preventive health care

Physical therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and medical massage

Lab tests, immunizations, and travel medicine

Dietician and wellness coaching

Mental health counseling and psychiatry

On-campus pharmacy

In addition, the Living Well Health Center in Redmond has a full-service pharmacy and over-the-counter medications for purchase.

Important note: Services received at a Microsoft health clinic are processed through your Microsoft medical plan like any other in-network provider.

While administrative assistants can schedule appointments for you, they cannot complete paperwork or pick up prescriptions. 

Living Well Eye Care by LensCrafters

Living Well Eye Care by LensCrafters offers two on-campus locations accessible to Microsoft employees and their dependents (aged 6 and over) who are enrolled in the Microsoft-provided EyeMed vision benefit. Patients can receive routine eye exams and choose from a wide selection of glasses and contact lenses.
