After you’ve enrolled, go to the front desk at the Bellevue or Seattle PRO Club location. Tell the attendant that you are a Microsoft employee member and they will assist downloading and creating your account in the Connect App. This is how you will check into the club as well as all other club amenities.
Note: If you're already an existing member on a self-pay basis, you must cancel that membership before starting a PRO Club membership. Contact PRO Club to make this change by stopping by the club or emailing membership@proclub.com.
Shared Membership-Add-Ons
PRO Club now offers Shared Membership – a flexible and inclusive membership that stretches beyond the typical traditional constraints of membership. How it works:
- A Shared Membership consists of one Primary member and up to five additional Add-On members.
- The Primary member takes all financial responsibility of the membership.
- The Primary member can add anyone they’d like to the membership – not just family living in the same household. There is a $25 processing fee each time you add a member to your Shared Membership. The $25 processing fee is waived in January for employees electing as part of Open Enrollment or in the employee's first month of membership if electing as a new employee.
- The Primary member can add and remove members at any time via PRO Club’s Connect App. A member must be removed by the 25th of the current month to be out of billing for the following month. If you’re interested in converting to a Shared Membership please contact the PRO Membership team.
Reach out to the PRO Club membership team at membership@proclub.com to talk about the options and ask any questions.

Taxes
All Perks+ benefit options (Perks+ and PRO Club) are subject to imputed income tax, as defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This means that Microsoft pays the monthly PRO Club membership dues and you pay taxes on those dues. To comply with IRS requirements, Microsoft annually reviews and adjusts the fair market value of club memberships. The imputed income is adjusted according to the most recent valuation. Because of this, you will see the value of the Microsoft funded portion of your PRO Club membership added to your paycheck as taxable earnings and you will pay taxes on that amount. To learn more, see the Tax Info tab on the Plan Documents & Tax Info page.
What's covered
Specific features of the PRO Club membership include:
- Microsoft pays the individual membership dues (minus the employee cost share which is deducted directly from payroll), and the initiation fee is waived for access to PRO Club locations in Bellevue and Seattle for the calendar year.
- Employees can add additional members on to their membership and are responsible for their monthly membership dues. The initiation fee is waived for add on members. Current rates and membership options are below in the Shared Membership Add On section.
