To utilize services at the Crossover Health Shoreline Near Site Clinic, Microsoft employees must reside within 50 miles of the Microsoft Silicon Valley campus and be enrolled in a Microsoft-provided medical plan, such as Premera, Kaiser, or Surest.
The Crossover Health Shoreline near site clinic is designed to optimize each step of care delivery via a holistic, team-based, Advanced Primary Care model. From the individual room design created to foster comfort and trusted relationships to separate areas for member arrival and provider collaboration, the clinic delivers a unique health experience, unlike any other.

Microsoft contracts with Crossover Health to provide employees with high quality, personalized care while protecting patient privacy and personal information. Crossover Health will provide Microsoft with information on the overall operations and performance of the center. However, Microsoft will never receive individual health information.
Additional security measures include:
To access services an employee must present their Microsoft badge as well as their Premera, Kaiser, or Surest ID card.
Administrative assistants can schedule appointments, but they cannot complete paperwork or pick up prescriptions.
