Take a closer look.

Benefits designed around your life - not just your health.

Open Enrollment begins November 2—a few minutes of discovery between now and then can help you make better decisions for today and the future.

Microsoft benefits go far beyond medical, dental, vision, doctors, and deductibles. They're a full spectrum of offerings designed to work together across your whole life—your health, your finances, your family, and your future. Take a moment and explore the full range of offerings and how they work together to understand how your benefits can support you and your family at this stage of life and beyond.

You can choose the options that best fit your life during the 2027 Open Enrollment period from November 2 to November 20.

Medical. Dental. Vision. And that's just the start.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to look beyond your current elections and explore the full range of benefits available to you. Take time to discover programs, tools, and resources you may not have used before and choose the coverage that best supports you and your family in the year ahead.

Attend informational sessions to learn more about the benefits available to you.

Make changes to your benefit elections by November 20. Changes made during Open Enrollment take effect on January 1, 2027.

  • Open Enrollment runs from Monday, November 2, through Friday, November 20 at 11:59 PM PT. This is your only chance to change your benefits for 2027—unless you experience a qualifying life event—so it’s important to evaluate your coverage, needs, and options. If you take no action during Open Enrollment, most of your elections from the previous year will roll over except for the healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (General Purpose and Limited Purpose) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, which require you to re-enroll each year.

    Be in the know.*

Register for a 2027 benefits session(s). You can also view the videos of previous sessions and download the decks at Benefits Overview Sessions.

*These sessions are intended for Microsoft employees only. Unfortunately dependents are not allowed.

With Fidelity, it’s easy to invest your balance and help your health care dollars work harder for your future needs.

Your calendar wants in on this.

Open Enrollment runs November 2nd-20th.  Review what's taking effect January 2027 and start planning. Five minutes of exploring now can mean less, "I had no idea we offered that" moments later.

Don't say we didn't remind you

Remember that Open Enrollment is your only chance (other than a qualifying life event) to change most of your benefits for the entire year ahead. Take some time to think through the options and how they fit your life. Your benefits are here to help you and your family navigate whatever changes the future has in store.
