Helping your child make plans for their college education can be overwhelming. Fortunately, we have programs to help you and your child make decisions about choosing and funding a college education.
College Coach
The College Coach program from Bright Horizons helps guide families through the college process for their dependent children. It can help you understand savings options, navigate the admissions process, and build a path toward a fulfilling college experience.
All US benefits-eligible employees with a dependent child or children between the ages of 0 - 18, are eligible to participate in the College Coach program.

Tuition Assistance
The Tuition Assistance Program, managed by EdAssist provides academic and college finance advising to help employees further their education and their career. Find the college program that's best for your goals and your schedule by providing advice and support from academic and college finance advisors.
Without a doubt, college can be expensive. Whether you’re financing your child’s education or investing in your own professional development, Microsoft has programs to help.
Tuition Assistance
The Tuition Assistance Program, managed by EdAssist, provides financial assistance for your undergraduate and graduate coursework at accredited institutions, helping you achieve your career goals for coursework that's related to the business of Microsoft. The maximum reimbursement amounts per calendar year are:
Corporate: $5,250 for undergraduate coursework, $10,000 for a combination of undergraduate and graduate courses, or $10,000 for graduate coursework.
Retail: $5,250 for undergraduate coursework or graduate coursework.
All US benefits-eligible employees are eligible to participate in the Ed Assist Tuition Assistance program. Visit the program page for more detailed eligibility information.
The Tuition Assistance Program covers courses and degree programs, both in-person and online, at regionally and nationally accredited institutions recognized by the US Department of Education for college-level credit. The program also covers English as a Second Language (ESL) and American Sign Language (ASL) courses at accredited institutions.

Student Loan Refinancing
Refinancing student loans can be a strategic move to manage your debt more effectively. Microsoft offers programs from SoFi and First Tech Federal Credit Union that can help you save money and simplify payments by consolidating and refinancing federal and private student loans.
If you have a child or legal dependent with student loan debt, you can refinance their education with a SoFi or First Tech Federal Credit Union loan. See the eligibility requirements and learn more about each program on the Student Loan Refinancing page.
