The PRIME Program (Preferred Recreation Invitations for Microsoft Employees), administered by Passport Unlimited, offers Microsoft employees discounts on a variety of activities and experiences. With PRIME, you can explore new places, try new things, and make the most of your free time without breaking the bank.
The PRIME Program is available to all U.S. Benefits-eligible Microsoft employees, including interns. Even better, once you register, your membership can be shared with up to three family members. You don’t even have to be present for your family to utilize the program!
Setting up your account is easy! Go to Microsoft Prime and select Sign Up. You’ll receive a membership number at your work email address, which you’ll use to complete the registration. To use the PRIME Program on your mobile device, download the Passport Mobile app, then enter your work email address and membership number.
Now it's easier than ever to share your Prime benefits with family. Here's how to get started:
Family share accounts will be linked to your primary account and have access to the same program benefits as long as the primary account remains active. You may return to the Family Share page at any time to make changes to your family share accounts.
Quick tip! If you lose or replace your mobile device, simply log in to the Passport Mobile app with your work email address and membership number. This will deactivate the previous device associated with your membership.
You’ll be prompted to renew your membership every year in July.

To make an in-person purchase, simply search within the app for the business name where you’re shopping and click Use My Card. The Passport logo will display, making it easier for merchants to recognize your discount.
