Care Teams are comprised of licensed nurses, mental health counselors, social workers, case workers, and Harvard-trained physicians.

Expert discovery: The discovery process includes interviews with loved ones, virtual in-home assessments, medical records review, and much more. Instead of making assumptions, Family First Care Teams work with you to learn all they can about your situation, so they can provide the best possible support and assistance to you.
