Family Concierge provides 1-1 expert time-saving personalized guidance and creates a customized care plan. Access to Family Concierge is free and unlimited for Microsoft Employees.

Active U.S. benefits-eligible full-time and part-time employees have access to the Back-Up Care Program. Interns do not qualify for this benefit.

Get Personalized Family Care

Family Concierge provides expert guidance, creating a customized care plan based on Bright Horizons and Microsoft benefits. They assist with care plans for children, school-age kids, and elders and offer educational resources. Receive personalized outreach, coaching, and reminders to help lighten the load of care and enrichment planning including coverage for school breaks, camps, tutoring, after-school care or even discounted housekeeping.

Expert Support

Receive 1-1 personalized assistance via phone, email or text to find the best care solutions. Submit your request and expect a response within two business days. Microsoft employees can designate someone else like a partner, to work with the concierge. It's free and unlimited.
