Parenting is an enriching and rewarding experience; it can also present unique situations and challenges. To help you on your parenting journey, we provide access to several parenting and counseling resources, insights into preparing and paying for college, and ways to help if your child has developmental disabilities or behavioral issues.

Access Spring Health counseling services

To help you understand your child's behavior, develop strong parent-child bonds, maintain a good relationship with your partner, or just talk through parenting questions, you can access virtual or in-person counseling offered by Spring Health. They can help you and your family manage issues such as effective communication, grief and loss, troubled teens, suicidal ideation, child-rearing concerns, anxiety, and depression.

Join RethinkCare at Home

RethinkCare, now offered through Be Well, provides parents and caregivers with the resources and guidance they need to raise their kids. Whether you're looking to solve a particular parenting challenge or just want tips and ideas, RethinkCare can help at any time with support tailored to your family's unique needs. This program is suitable for all families caring for children and provides specialized support for those raising children with learning, social, or behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities. Autism/ABA Therapy provides coverage for behavioral interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and related structured behavioral programs. This benefit is available for enrolled dependent children diagnosed with conditions under the autism spectrum disorder. Prepare and pay for college 

Helping children make plans for their college education can be overwhelming. Fortunately, we have programs to help you and your child make decisions about choosing and funding a college education.
