The Kaiser Health Maintenance Organization Plan will be unavailable to interns and visiting researchers starting January 2026—as previously announced.
If you're enrolled in Kaiser, don't worry—your existing coverage will last through the rest of the year, and you have great alternatives to explore, including our new Surest Plan or the Health Savings Plan. If you do not take action during Open Enrollment, you will default into the Surest Plan for 2026 and will not be able to change your health plan (unless you have a qualifying life event) until Open Enrollment 2027.
