Microsoft offers a range of benefits to support you throughout the different stages of your life, help you get and stay healthy, and prepare for the future. Take some time to explore what's available:
Compare your health insurance options to decide which medical plan is right for you and your family. Learn about vision and dental coverage as well as the robust suite of wellbeing benefits available.
Discover savings and financial security programs including our 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), life insurance, and so much more!
Balance your personal and professional life with concierge child care navigation, flexible time away policies, and one-on-one parenting support.
Some benefits begin on your eligibility date while others will begin on the date you enroll. See the Summary Plan Description for detailed information on the date each benefit begins.
For active employees you will see your benefit elections displayed on the Benefits dashboard. The benefits you select will remain in effect through the calendar year unless you experience a qualified status change.
Important Note: If both you and your spouse/domestic partner work at Microsoft, be sure to review the details on the Enrollment & Eligibility page to understand how that works.
If you have any questions, reach out to the Contacts associated with the plan.
You have 30 calendar days from your hire date to enroll in your benefits. If you don’t, you’ll be automatically enrolled in default coverage, which does not include any dependent coverage.
