Preventive screenings and vaccinations

The best way to stay healthy is to protect yourself against illness in the first place. Staying current on vaccines and scheduling regular, appropriate health screenings are great ways to do that – and your Microsoft health care plan covers most preventive care options at 100%. Specific actions you can take toward this goal include:

  • Women age 40 or older are eligible for one free screening mammogram per year, including eligible dependents. Mammograms are available on site for those who are able to participate or can be scheduled through your primary care physician.

  • Visit your primary care provider or see a provider at one of our on-site health centers to discuss and/or obtain appropriate, no-cost preventive care and health screenings.

  • Determine if scheduling a Tuberculosis (TB) screening at the Living Well Health Center, or with your primary care provider, is right for you.

Note: For a complete list of preventive care options available to you, review your coverage in the Summary Plan Description or contact your health plan.
